1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
- A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- Remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the event day.
- Payment can be made via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or bank transfer.
- Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the date of enquiry.
- Any additional services requested on the event day will be charged separately.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30+ days before event: 50% of advance refunded (minus processing fees).
- 15-29 days before event: 25% of advance refunded.
- Less than 15 days: No refund on advance payment.
- Event day cancellation: Full advance forfeited. Balance not applicable.
- Cancellation must be communicated via WhatsApp or email with booking ID.
3. REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
- In case of event postponement (with valid reason), booking can be rescheduled once within 90 days at no extra charge.
- If LK AUDIO cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% refund will be issued.
4. EVENT TERMS
- LK AUDIO team will arrive 2-3 hours before the event for setup.
- Client must provide adequate power supply (minimum 5KW for standard setup).
- Venue access must be confirmed 24 hours before the event.
- Any damage to equipment due to client/guest negligence will be charged at replacement cost.
- Overtime beyond the agreed duration will be charged at ₹2,000/hour.
- Client is responsible for venue permissions and police permissions (if required).
5. LIABILITY
- LK AUDIO is not liable for power failures, venue issues, or weather conditions.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) allow rescheduling without penalty.
- LK AUDIO's total liability shall not exceed the total booking amount.
6. PRIVACY
- Client data (name, phone, email) will be used only for booking communication.
- Photos/videos taken at the event may be used by LK AUDIO for promotional purposes unless client opts out in writing.
- Client data will not be shared with third parties.
7. GOVERNING LAW
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
